Usage

PolicyExtensions.GetHandleDbConcurrencyExceptionsPolicy() returns a PolicyBuilder that handles DbUpdateConcurrencyException, DbUpdateException and InvalidOperationException whose inner exception is one of them. Add the retry strategy you need:
