Several function/parameter name changes. Just so function names are more descriptive/easier to decipher.

Added a flag, signals whether to add game objects to the entity manager or not. gamobject2d was also made abstract. meant to inherit from. TileMapManager (formerly WorldMap) still uses the chunk and tile components, however was reworked entirely. can build a basic map, just for demo, or you can create a procedural map using tile definitions. Which, for now, is just a dictionary<int, string>. int is the perlin value associated with that tile. string for the tile name. gameobject/tile class handle the rest from there.
