Llamachant.ExpressApp.Workflow.Service

Part of the Llamachant Framework - this class library drives the workflow data processed by the Workflow modules into standalone service hosts (Console App, Azure Function, Windows Service, etc.).

Overview

Llamachant.ExpressApp.Workflow.Service provides a standalone Workflow Service Engine used to process workflow definitions created by companion Workflow modules. It allows workflows to run outside of the XAF application process, enabling background-driven execution in service-based environments.

  • Executes scheduled or event-driven workflows externally from the main XAF application
  • Supports hosting in Console Apps, Windows Services, Azure Functions, or other services
