LuciferCore is the pure performance microkernel of the LuciferCore ecosystem — a zero-allocation, event-driven foundation for .NET.

What's inside

  • Buffer-Model architecture Network payloads flow through contiguous, pooled buffers — cache-friendly, low-GC.

  • Lightweight static DI (DIExtensions) Compiled-expression based resolution, minimal runtime reflection overhead.

  • ObjectPool API Unified pooling for objects and ArrayPool<byte>-backed buffers (PooledObject.cs).

  • Event-driven network transports TCP / UDP / SSL / UDS, plus ready HTTP, HTTPS, WS, WSS clients, servers, and sessions — pure event-driven I/O, allocation-conscious.

Design Philosophy

LuciferCore follows Data-Oriented Design (DOD) for the hot path (buffers, transports, pooling) while keeping the public surface (Session, Request, Response) approachable with light OOP.

If you need declarative routing ([Handler], [HttpGet], [Message]), middleware pipelines, managers, or a CLI runtime, add LuciferCore.Platforms on top:
