- Removed IGridView.Fill extension method (replaced with interface methods)
       - Added IGridView.Fill and IGridView.Clear as native interface methods
           - Default implementations are provided, and the Base classes implement them as well
- Modified Positions() enumerable functions to use custom enumerators for improved performance with foreach loops
           - Use Positions().ToEnumerable() if you need an IEnumerable for LINQ usage or similar
       - Modified Area Get* functions to allow the specification of a custom point hasher
       - Added `IReadOnlyArea.FastEnumerator()` in order to allow efficient foreach iteration of arbitrary areas
