gip.core.reporthandler.avui

Avalonia UI plugin for report editing, preview, and printing workflows.

This plugin sits on top of gip.core.reporthandler and shares the same Scryber template conventions.

Scryber Template Syntax

Use the same binding expressions as in the core reporthandler engine:

  • {{model.PropertyName}}
  • {{values.KeyName}}
  • {{vb.Get('CurrentFacilityCharge/Material/MaterialNo')}}

Example:

<!doctype html>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
	<meta charset="utf-8" />
</head>
<body>
	<p>Material: {{vb.Get('CurrentFacilityCharge/Material/MaterialNo')}}</p>
	<p>Split: {{vb.Get('CurrentFacilityCharge/SplitNo')}}</p>
</body>
</html>

Page Headers, Footers, And Counters

For repeating page chrome in Scryber HTML templates:

  • Put repeating top content inside <header>...</header>.
  • Put repeating bottom content inside <footer>...</footer>.
  • For continuation-only variants, use <continuation-header> and <continuation-footer>.
  • Use Scryber page counter components, not handlebars tokens:
    • <page-number />
    • <page-count />
    • or shorthand <page /> (current page label)

Important:

  • {{PageNumber}} and {{PageCount}} are not resolved in these templates.

Pagination Guidance For Rich XMLDesign Content

When rendering long XMLDesign HTML from data fields:

  • Avoid placing rich dynamic HTML inside complex table-cell layouts when possible.
  • For better overflow behavior, render the line row in a table and render rich detail in a normal block below the row.
  • Keep images constrained to page width and sensible height, for example:
    • max-width: 100%
    • height: auto
    • optional cap such as max-height: 420pt
  • Use XML-safe entities in template source (&#160; instead of &nbsp;).

Barcode Syntax For Plugin Interop

Use barcode metadata attributes so downstream printer plugins can detect and render barcodes:

<span
	data-barcode-type="QRCODE"
	data-zpl-barcode-type="QRCODE"
	data-escpos-barcode-type="QRCODE"
	data-vb-content="CurrentFacilityCharge/FacilityChargeID">
	{{vb.Get('CurrentFacilityCharge/FacilityChargeID')}}
</span>

Legacy FlowDoc XAML To Scryber Conversion

Quick mapping:

FlowDoc Scryber
<Paragraph><Run>Label</Run></Paragraph> <p>Label</p>
<vbr:InlineDocumentValue VBContent="A\\B" /> {{vb.Get('A/B')}}
<vbr:InlineBarcode ... /> <span data-barcode-type="..." data-vb-content="..."></span>

Small before/after example:

<Paragraph TextAlignment="Left" FontSize="12">
	<Run>Material Nr:</Run>
</Paragraph>
<Paragraph TextAlignment="Left">
	<vbr:InlineDocumentValue VBContent="CurrentFacilityCharge\Material\MaterialNo" FontWeight="Bold" FontSize="12" />
</Paragraph>
<p style="text-align:left; font-size:12pt;">Material Nr:</p>
<p style="text-align:left; font-size:12pt; font-weight:bold;">
	{{vb.Get('CurrentFacilityCharge/Material/MaterialNo')}}
</p>
