- diagnostics: when FCS returns `Aborted` (project SETUP failed — typically a reference it couldn't resolve/load, the usual cause of a bare "typecheck aborted" exit 4), the tool now re-runs at project level and reports the actual diagnostics instead of the opaque string. Surfaces the real cause on Windows where the abort first appeared.
