- fix: the persistent FCS server now works reliably on ALL platforms (Windows included) and can never hang a build — replacing 0.1.22's "off on Windows" stopgap so the warm server is on everywhere. The Windows hang had stacked causes: an unbounded client read+write that could deadlock, plus a daemon that inherited MSBuild's `Exec` capture pipe AND stayed in the parent's console/job — so a build (or any parent: script, ssh, CI) waited forever for a process that should have detached.
- The rework: IPC is now a localhost TCP socket (none of the named-pipe handle-inheritance / single-instance / connection-reuse pitfalls); every client I/O is bounded by one cancellation token (`PUREVIEW_RESPONSE_MS`, default 2 min) with in-process fallback; the server bounds each request's framing read/write so a vanished client can't wedge it; and the daemon is spawned FULLY detached (on Windows via `CreateProcess` with `DETACHED_PROCESS | CREATE_BREAKAWAY_FROM_JOB | CREATE_NEW_PROCESS_GROUP` and no inherited handles) so nothing ever waits on it. Verified on Windows + Linux: cold and warm builds complete, the warm daemon is reused (~40% faster), and the build process exits immediately.
