- fix: analyzer typecheck no longer aborts on Windows. `allRefs` globbed *every* `*.dll` in the runtime directory; on Windows the shared-framework folder mixes NATIVE dlls (`clretwrc.dll`, `clrjit.dll`, `coreclr.dll`, …) with the managed assemblies, and handing a native PE to FCS as a `-r:` made it abort the whole typecheck (`internal error … bad cli header, rva 0` → exit 4). On Linux the native libs are `.so`, so the glob never caught them — which is why it only broke on Windows. Now filtered to managed assemblies (`AssemblyName.GetAssemblyName` throws on a non-managed PE).
