- feat: `<PureViewNoServer>1</PureViewNoServer>` in a project disables the warm FCS server and runs codegen in-process for that project (always correct — the server is only a speed optimization). Use it if the server misbehaves on a given machine. Equivalent to the `PUREVIEW_NO_SERVER=1` env var, now settable per-project; appended only when set, so it never clobbers an externally-set env var.
