- fix: generated code compiles on Windows. The emitter joined lines with `StringBuilder.AppendLine` (= `Environment.NewLine` = `\r\n` on Windows), and the tool injected the mirrored `open` lines with `code.Replace("open Adaptify.PureView\n", …)` — the `\n` search never matched the Windows `\r\n`, so EVERY mirrored `open` was silently dropped and the generated file failed to compile (`Trafo3d`/`V3f`/`NodeShape` not defined). Emitter now emits `\n` explicitly (generated code is byte-identical regardless of build OS), and the open-injection is line-based / newline-agnostic.
