- perf: persistent FCS server. `dotnet pureview --args` now tries a warm background daemon (one long-lived `FSharpChecker` reused across requests over a per-user/version named pipe) before doing the work in-process, lazy-spawning it on first use. Reusing the checker keeps its reference-assembly read + type-check caches warm — ~2.7× faster regen after the first build (e.g. ~20 s → ~7 s on a real project). It's a PURE optimization: any failure (no server, spawn/connect/protocol error) falls straight back to in-process analysis, so a build never breaks because of it. FCS leaks, so the daemon self-terminates on idle timeout (10 min), a working-set ceiling (~4 GB runaway backstop), and a request-count cap; all overridable via `PUREVIEW_IDLE_MS`/`PUREVIEW_MEM_BYTES`/`PUREVIEW_MAX_REQUESTS`, and disablable with `PUREVIEW_NO_SERVER=1`.
- internal: the analyzer's `FSharpChecker` is now a process-wide singleton (was created per call), which is what makes the server worthwhile.
